You are buying a 2006 C-Dory Cruiser with full Ray Marine electronics, including radar and VHF, depth, plotter. It is powered with twin Suzuki DF50 EFI engines with about 330 hours since new in 2006. This boat is top of the line for the year, and is fundamentally the same hull that is being built in 2015. It has the optional high to cabin and high radar arch which improves VHF range and Radar range. You have to be over 6' 5" to have to bend over inside. All mechanical systems, trim tabs, steering, engine trim, are hydraulic. 3 bank charger handles the house battery and the port and starboard engine batteries. There is a complete automated electrical power management system in the starboard lazarette. All three batteries are 2 years old. Boarding ladder works from both port and starboard gunnels. Electric bilge pump. New unused portapotti. Cockpit cover for storage and trailering and full camper back (2011) to enclose cockpit and makes for a very roomy interior when anchored or at the dock. Lewmar anchor winch and anchor in self launching bow carrier. Optional stainless interior grab rails. All railing is stainless. Spare props.
Top of the line boat used in fresh water and stored inside or under hard covered storage in winter. No salt water issues with this boat and that is a plus. It has never been slipped for longer than 10 days. The trailer for my boat is all aluminum, so it is an easy tow. It has torsion suspension that makes the boat pull far smoother than the ride in my truck. Spare tire and bearing is mounted on tongue. Surge brakes, and new bearings on all four wheels a year ago. I've looked at the pricing on equivalent D-dory boats and most are in the 37 to 39 thousand range with single engines and 90 hp and limited electronics or limited quality trailers. New 22's cost 70 to 80 thousand similarly equipped.Because of distance from many potential buyers, I will provide more detailed pix and even video walk around on request. Also, depending on sale price,I will negotiate a reasonable warranty on systems, including motors. If you need a survey, you will pay all associated costs, however, being a fresh water boat, and stored indoors or under hard cover storage, a survey isn't necessary. I'm asking 44,500 for my boat, but will consider offers, and trade downs to smaller C-dory or equivalent cabin/cuddy boats in the 18 to 20 foot or so range, sail or power.
