Bowman Havana

This is a 1957 Bowman Boat made in Little AR. ( Rare ) .. I stripped and redid about 20 years ago and maintained ever since . The motor is in very good running condition , maintained by a local shop that worked on these motors in the 50's & 60's . It was the first boat they did comprised of three different materials , Dupont glass bottom ,marine plywood sides and mahogany deck . ,.. The seats are not original , but I found on line a picture of the wood seats that were , and could be restored to them very easily. The original manufacturing plate is still on the dash . .. I think the oil pressure gauge did work but not last time out . Im not sure on others I would have to check if interested, ,, I only drive it a couple times a year at boat shows . Always winterized every fall . the manual recoil pull start just stoppedengaging, the pucks must be hung up , because I always use the electric start..
