1975 Bluewater Marine Boatel Yachts 40' Houseboat Yacht
If you're looking for a unique, hard to find classic houseboat, yacht, party boat..then watch this auction for sure. I'm listing this here for a friend of mine. He bought it a while back with plans to remodel and dock it, got started but got busy and never finished so he's selling it. I told him this would be the best place to let serious buyer see it. If you want a classic yacht, houseboat for cruising, or just to use it at wet dock for a weekend getaway or for the ultimate party houseboat...this is it lol! This thing has a full kitchen with sink, stove, full size fridge/freezer, cabinets and drawers. Has a full sized ceiling fan, room for a full table or party area. Has heat and a/c, a full bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and another half bathroom down stairs by the bedroom with full sink and another toilet.

He bought it down in Florida and had it dry docked, dismantled to be road legal height and trucked down here. Had some guys start the upgrades when it got to the yard (as you'll see in the pics) but it just never got finished and there it sits. Now I have a TON of pictures down below and a link to a video you can see of me going through the interior. I have the pictures first of the boat when it was in wet dock in Florida, then underneath that are the current pics.
Everything was working and running great when it was purchased (as you'll see) but the new pics look pretty messy...because #1 they had to take down everything from the top deck of the boat for hauling it and #2 alot of it is just piled up in the cabin to keep it out of the weather, plus you'll see the mess of remodeling etc. I decided to leave it as it is inside so you can see the progress, etc.
I always list good and bad things I see about anything I list on classifieds board so bidders feel comfortable in what they are bidding on....Here are the issues I see:-As you can see in the pics, the boat needs to be finished in it's upgrade and any remodeling you want done. -It looks to me like the fabric on the bimini top will need to be replaced with new. -If you look at the pic of floor coming in the back slide window, you'll see some water damage..I think thats from somone not shutting that window all the way and rain got in..not a big deal thought since there is plenty of new floor panels in the boat for replacing. -The side door needs the lower wood panel replaced - In the lower room you'll see the mattresses and middle wood drawer are in pretty rough shape...but an easy replacement with new ones.
Here's the good stuff I see:-As you'll see there are boxes of new floor paneling, a brand new water filtration system. All sorts of stuff for remodeling -All appliances are in excellent shape -The boat is already dismantled, loaded on a trailer, ready to be shipped to a dry dock or wet dock of your choice. This saves you a ton of handling and dismantling costs!
You'll see this first set of pictures are from when it was in wet dock, right after sale.
The following pics are where and how it sits right now:
If I left any details out and/or you have any questions, let me know. Thanks, Tim
