Stock #103934 -AQUA CHALET HOUSEBOAT MOVE IN READY!This 2000 Aqua Chalet 42 has everything you need for living aboard and living your dreams!The hulls are (2) aluminum pontoons and the seller states they have never leaked. The current owner is only the second owner this boat has had. This boat spent the first few years of her life in freshwater. When the current owner decided to bring her to salt water, he had the boat hauled out and had "sharkskin" applied to both pontoons and the bottom paint - to protect the boat from the saltwater environment. The boat has been hauled out every two years and preventative maintenance has been performed on a routine basis, most recently in January 2016.The structure built on top of the pontoons and houses a large open air, covered foredeck. Accessing the interior from the foredeck through the sliding glass doors brings you into the main living area. There is a reclining loveseat to port - all the way forward. The galley is also to port just aft of the main living area. To starboard when you walk in is the helm with an entertainment center just aft of that. The galley is complete with a three burner propane stove and oven, fridge and freezer, double stainless steel sink, microwave and a ton of storage. Moving aft from the galley / living area is the walk thru head. There is a wash basin, under sink storage, medicine cabinet, more storage and a toilet to starboard. The port side of the head houses a linen closet and shower. Aft of the head is the stateroom. With a sliding glass door looking out to the back deck, a closet, drawers, more storage and a queen size bed, this is a room with a view!The back deck houses some storage, the fuel tank for the 75hp Honda 4 stroke outboard, propane tank storage and access to the top deck. The top deck is wide open providing a great place to relax and take in the views. The entire roof deck was just re-coated with a sealant, ensuring no leaks inside for many years to come.
