49 Ft Trawler Perfect Live Aboard

Lots of room for a perfect live aboard.The batteries are old and wont hold a charge,the keel needs work,should replace,looks like she ran a ground,1/4" seperation in fiberglass and chips in prop,but the engine runs good and it has a working 12K gen.Full size fridge and propane oven/stove. Huge master state-room.w/ shower.Come live on the water!!. Like all older wood boats she keeps u busy with paint,a few leaks,ETC. Please dont expect a mansion,Thats why shes 20K not $200K One of the photos shows our sunset from top deck. The#6,7 photos show what a new keel looks like,not too much to replace if u go that direction. This has been our home for 3 yrs. we only ran her to the Marina from the downtown area ( 15 miles ). We didnt have time or $ to repair.Looking at all reasonable offers.
