1992 45' Bruce Roberts Steel Trawler with 15' beam, 35GRT, 25NRT, built in Brownfield Texas, twin Ford Leham 120 HP Diesels, Diesel Generator, 2 AC units, desalinator, King size bed, fold out sofa/bed and chair of wood rattan in salon, bath tub with shower, 2 fuel tanks, fresh water tank, holding tank for the head, macerater toilet, electroflush sanitary system, dehumidifer (I never used once I put the new ac units in), electric cooktop, refrigerator, hot water heater, crane for dingy (no dinghy but the cradle looks to fit a Boston Whaler), new paint in 2010, new bimini in 2012, cruises at around 8 knots and sipps the fuel (from Houston to Rockport I estimated that we only used 30 gallons of diesel)This boat is in Rock Port, Texas and is currently in dry dock.I had open heart surgery so I am no longer able to work on the boat myself and do not have the finances to have it done for me. I have not seen the boat in over a year due to health so I recommend that you visit the boat prior to bidding. I put it in dry dock due to a leak that developed. At that time I was not able to start the engines but every other time on the boat they started on the first revolution and did not use any oil or coolant. I suspect that oysters have clogged the exhaust pipes is why the engines would not fully turn over. My next project for the boat was to replace the carpet with teak and the wallpaper with wood paneling, also the fly bridge helm needs to be rebuilt. The Bimini was torn in a wind storm and was taken down and stored in the hold, The person that made the bimini is local and should be able to repair it easily. The generator has a very small coolant leak.
