Monterey 179 SCR

You are bidding on one used 1992 Mionterey 179 SCR bowrider boat with a 3.0 liter 4 cyl. Mercruiser engine and Alpha One outdrive. I bought this boat in PA in 2011. The previous owner used it on a lake for waterskiing. This has been a great, reliable boat over the last 4 years, but I just found that the 4th cylinder has only 75 lbs. of compression and the spark plug shows rust so I know that there is water getting into the cylinder. The engine will NOT start and this may be a cracked cylinder head or a broken piston ring.
