This boat has recently been hauled out for cleaning, bottom paint, and zink replacement. It is in overall nice condition with some issues of wear. The interior is good with some electronics needing upgrading. A survey was performed in late 2015 and that info can be provided to prospective buyer.

Description:

Selling my 1999 Maxum. Purchased thisboat in 2002 with the extension already installed. It has been moored on the fraser river until 2013. Now at maple bay on Vancouver Island BC 50 miles north of Victoria and around 100 miles north of Seattle Washington. This boat is in very good running condition with under 600 hrs. I have a 2015 survey with all the specs and details for the boat included. Vessel was hauled out for cleaning, bottom paint, zinks, and inspections since the survey was taken. Allfabrics are in good condition. Exterior helm has always been covered and protected from weather. Some issues exist withappliances and carpets as well as aft stateroom bunkfinishes. Overall this boat is in good usable condition and priced well to take intoaccount the flaws which exist.

Hi there, I'm currently in the process of purchasing this vessel from the people (Marilyn) who bought it from you. Would you happen to have the survey or any information on the vessel still? The engines hours currently say around 400hrs. I was told that the engines had ~200hrs on them when it was purchased from you, is this correct? Thank you for your time.
