Professional boat shop diagnosed and said it needs to have the carburetor rebuilt. Interior is 100% original and all is there. Of course it has flaws, a bit of dry rot, some of the staples are coming out, slight fading etc.It has some dry rot on the floor, (as shown in the picture). I think a reasonable fix would be to cut a piece of plywood to fit and wrap it in some black fabric for about $100. Also, I asked the shop to tighten the motor mounts and they said that the stringers have dry rot. I just ran a heavy duty tie down from the front left motor mount to the bottom of the ski pole under the engine cover and I haven't had any problems. I'm no expert but I think she still has plenty of life left in her. For the age I think the original paint, lettering and interior is in really good shape. With a professional detail it could look much better.

We bought this about 5 years back from the original owner. They always kept it covered and well maintained. My family has enjoyed it but I cant keep it.

She runs and drives and fires up every time, buton our last trip out it started tosputter and stall under heavy throttle. The boat shop says it needs to have the carburetor rebuilt. I am without a job and this boat needs time and money that I don't want to spend.

After 28 years this is still a goodlooking boat. We have had loads of fun on it in Lake Tahoe, Anderson Reservoir and Lake Don Pedro. It only has 747 hours on the original 350 V8 and the interior is 100% original and still looks pretty darned good. All the gauges work,Top is in good shape and it comes with the cover, (that is always on it). I replaced the impeller and exhaust manifolds and I had the heads rebuilt last summer. It has some dry rot on the floor, (as shown in the picture) that needs to be addressed. I'm no expert but I think she still has plenty of life left in her, just needs a carb rebuild. Trailer is in good condition with 4 good tires. The boat is registered through 2015 and comes with a clean title/pink slip and some life jackets. I could possibly deliver locally for a small fee.
