Good looking boat. Still for sale? I understand "as is" and no warranty, however, could you comment briefly on leaking below the waterline, and any wood repairs or refastening already below the waterline? Is the motor available, or is it no good? My youth in a 1956 Lyman 18' at Boston Harbor, so I am quite serious and simple on the subject. Thank you for your attention to this inquiry.
