This boat is a 16’ Jolly Roger. I owned the exact same boat. Same seats, same upholstery except the seats were solid black. Also it had no instruments and had a 65hp Merc outboard engine that did not have a generator. Every time I ran the starter it drained down the battery. It was a great boat and I believe someone in Osoyoos in British Columbia, Canada.
