The boat is located on lake Wylie NC at Pier 49 marina!! If you bring it up on google maps and find where 49 crosses the lake pier 49 is on the nc side of the bridge my boat is on the last dock to the right. Outside closest to shore it's the big one with a burgundy top.

The boat is all set up for salt water all engines are closed cooling systems with antifreeze. The flat screen tv can be raised and lowered with a remote control so if you want to have a full view out the window you just lower it. Everything works the boat is ready to enjoy. The washer and dryer are new they were installed 8 months ago. A new 60 amp battery charger was just installed to charge all the batteries. The radar arch folds down so you can get under low bridges. There are 2 new Infineon speakers hanging on the radar arch. The radio has bluetooth. We would also consider a trade for a large houseboat that is at least 16 x 70 that is in similar condition as our boat phone
