Description:

1985 Four Winns Sundowner 225 Cuddy Cabin. Great running boat with a MerCruiser 230 engine with 954 lake hours, never seen salt.We are 3rd owners (clean title in hand). Originally, boat was used on Lake Erie but now is used on Lake Norman, NC. Boat had carburetor rebuilt in 2010, new gimbel and bellows, impellers and lower unit serviced in 2013. All regular maintenance performed accordingly. Interior has normal wear for it's age. Bimini top good condition. Boat handles chop very well with it's deep V design. Cruising speed on the lake is great at 40mph. Boat will hold 6 people comfortably. Boat has dual batteries and hydraulic trim tabs. Boat comes with titled1999 LoadMaster tandemtrailer w/ electric brakes, ropes, safety equipment, Jensen stereo w/ CD, ship to shore radio, bumpers, bimini top and cover. Boat could use a buffing.
