Four Winns 261 Liberator

This is a 1987 Performance offshore 261 Liberator by Four Winns. This boat has twin 454 magnum engines with alpha 1 outdrives.

Both engines fire and run however the starboard engine has a starter that drags and is difficult to start. Although this boat is mechanically sound, this is a project. The upholstery both interior and exterior need replaced, and the boat needs a rub rail, and could use a buff and wax. The paint appears to be in good condition as is the floors. The engine hatch will need some work as I think portions of the wood is decayed. There is no trailer for this boat but the boat can be put into the water and loaded onto a trailer. There are no props for this boat.

I bought this boat to scrap but the hull is in too good of condition and can make a nice boat for somebody with a little time and money. This is a no Reserve auction.

The mag motors in this boat a worth a bunch so thiscan be a bargain. It is worth noting that these motor appear to never have been touched and have all of the original Mercruiser stickers with sequential serial numbers.
