Extremely well maintained vessel. A brand new Mercruiser 5.7L engine and Alpha outdrive complete power package was installed in 2000 along with a fresh water flush system. The new power package has only 238 hours. The boat has been kept in brackish water and the engine flushed out with fresh water religiously. The following mechanical items have been replaced at the proper intervals. Shift cable bellows & U-Joint bellows replaced 2011. Exhaust manifolds & risers replaced 2012. Sea Water pump replaced 2013. All maintenance records are available from 2000 on and have been performed by certified Mercruiser technicians. This is a turnkey boat mechanically!

The cockpit upholstery was replaced in 2011 and the cabin upholstery was replaced in 2009. Electronics include a Uniden VHF, Hummingbird 160 Fish Finder and Richie compass.

The cabin sleeps 4. The front V-Berth has wrap around seating with a removable dinette table and converts to a bed. The aft cabin sleeps 2. The head includes a privacy door, porti potti toilet with 3 gallon holding tank that can be pumped out at a pump out station. The galley includes a sink, Norcold refrigerator and an Origo dual range electric/alcohol stove.
