I am selling a 1978 Formula 233. This is a PROJECT BOAT. The boat has been in the family since the early 80's. Very popular deep V hull design. Great rough water boat. The boat is an I/O with Volvo Penta 290 SP outdrive and a Chevy 350 marine engine. This boat needs work. Engine is currently not running. It has been sitting for a few years. It was not locked up. Both batteries are dead. The drive blew a hydraulic hose on the starboard trim cylinder which is what ended its use. I have two used replacement cylinders with hoses that are part of the sale. Continental tandem axle trailer with electric winch. Head with NO thru hull. The boat was bottom painted white a few years back as well. The interior wood covering the batteries and stern area has been removed, as seen in the photo. I have a lot of extras to go along with the boat.-Old model Hummingbird Depth/Fish Finder.-Life Jackets,-Anchor with chain and rope.-White Bimini Top with frame.-Volvo Penta shop manual.- Brand new LED Anchor Light.- Brand new LED Bow Light.Feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like. I do not have the time to get the boat back into the right condition and would rather see it go to someone that does.

Hi, I saw your boat for sale and would be willing to pay twice the asking price for the two vent windows, without the side frame and stationary glass. They are very easily removed by removing the two screws holding the slide lock and then swinging out the glass and pulling it out from the swing hinge...I live in Rhode Island and will pay shipping cost...so long as they are original water bonnet...please advise. thanks tom somers 60 honeysuckle road warwick rhode island 02888 *** or ***

Could you please tell me if this Formula is still available? My son and I are looking for one of this vintage. I used to own a '69 (it's older sister!). We live in Ocala. Bradenton is only about 3 hours a three hour drive. We would take it as advertised. If it has been sold and you happen to have the buyer's number I would like to follow-up with them in the event that they got in over their head with the project and would now consider selling it.
