Our 370 express has 450 hrs on the engines. is used in a fresh water lake in ND. approx 40 hrs per season. and spends 6 months in the water. the remainder of the year it is stored on a trailer in enclosed storage. where it presently is. to be launched mid may. It has the more desireable single stateroom layout. (which you can see thru a google search. or i can send owners manual diagrams). It has been, and will remain to be, maintained and serviced professionally with an open checkbook. No detail goes unnoticed, especially since it is hauled out every year. the engines and transmissions work flawlessly, and are controlled electronically by teleflex controls. the onan cummins genny has 361 hrs. there is a halon automatic fire suppression system in the engine compartment. and an oil change system.under the electric engine hatch.Topside there is new (2014) complete cockpit and salon enclosure. Pedestal mount propane barbecue grill. a Maxwell windlass. a foredeck sunpad . snap in cockpit and salon carpet. helm cover. and salon fridge. it has the original raymarine instrumentation ( hsb2 plus series color LCD display) and the teleflex multi instrument guages. The cabin has all available factory options of this year and model. with an upgraded flat screen tv / dvd. carpet protector. cruise air heat/air etc. and is flawless!did i mention that it is a FRESH WATER VESSELIt is a U.S. Coast Guard registered vessel with an unencumbered clear title overall, inside and out. this yacht needs nothing. it is turn key and ready to enjoy.the trailer, in a dated picture (2012) as the boat was being put away for the winter. is included in the sale price, and is a yacht transport trailer of 53' but has been outfitted with bunks etc. to facilitate the storage and short haul ( 5 miles ) .In the event that the trailer is not wanted. we will deduct the 6000. value from the boat price.
