Roomy express cruiser, well maintained and in excellent condition. Feels like a much larger boat due to it's cabin configuration. Mercruiser 5.7L Thunderbolt 5 engines matched to Bravo 3 outdrives. With twin props counter rotating props on each drive the boat handles exceptionally well. The port engine was replaced by a Mercruiser mechanic at a local marina this season with a new OEM motor (not rebuilt) and has ~30 hours on it. There are approximately 380 hours on the starboard engine which had new OEM heads installed at the start of this season. Stand up shower/head. Newer hot water heater. Reverse cycle AC/heat. Galley with princess stove, microwave, fridge. Full canvas enclosure. All new electronics this season (Brand new Raymarine a98 Multifunctiontouch screen display, 48-mile Color HD radar, DownVision sonar). The gauges were replaced this past weekend with new Faria Chesapeake (black) gauges, including a GPS speedometer. It sleeps 5 comfortably. Some of the pictures on here are from last season and do not show many of the upgrades added this year.Slip on LBI is paid for through mid-November 2015 and the balance of the season will be included.A survey available from April 2014 when I first bought the boat is available, however so many upgrades have been completed since it's a bit out of date. Full details of upgrades and maintenance below. This boat is ready to go and is used on the weekends. The windshield wiper is not currently working and likely needs a motor. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to answer them.We love this boat but are buying a house on the water and plan to downgrade to a smaller center console.Maintenance Log:April '14New manifolds/risers each engineNew outdrive shift cablesNew shift cable/u-joint bellowsTwo new batteries (#1/#2)Replaced plugs, wires, caps, rotors on both enginesMay '14Replaced shower/AC pumpReplaced outdrive oil transom fitting (port)Replaced stb water pump impeller/housingJune '14New starter, stb engineReplaced both carburetors with rebuilt carbsLubricated throttle/fwd-rev controlsJuly '14Replaced battery charger/maintainerBoat hauled out (Southwick's Marina):Replaced stb gimbal bearingReplaced trim hydraulic linesUpper seals replaced on stb outdriveAugust '14Replaced stb fuel/water separatorReplaced toilet to holding tank waste hoseSeptember '14Replaced port fuel/water separatorOctober '14*Port engine damaged- investigation by mechanic revealed there was a leak in a cylinder head that allowed water intrusion into the engine block; engine threw a rod when started*Boat hauled out (Southwick's Marina):Water line acid washedWaste system pumped/winterizedFreshwater system winterizedPort engine removedStb engine winterizedJanuary '15Boat hauled and blocked for winter storageFuel stabilizer added to both tanksMarch '15Replaced eisenglass on forward enclosure (Pinelands Canvas)Replaced damaged zippers and old Velcro on enclosure (Pinelands Canvas)Replaced port battery (#3)April '15Removed old caulk from rub rail and replacedRemoved old caulk from radar arch and replacedSanded and painted portions of radar arch with defects in finishDrilled " weep holes in aft edge of radar arch on both sidesPower washed, compounded, and waxed hull and topsidesNew bottom paintRe-lettered registration numbersReplaced pin stripingReplaced worn "3075 Express" logosReplaced cabinet hinges on aft closetReplaced all plastic thru-hullsReplaced all anodesReplaced windlass motorInstalled new throttle/shift controls (Mercury 4500 Gen II series)Installed new Mercruiser Gen II Premium throttle/shift cablesRemoved RL70 Radar/GPS unit and installed new electronics (Raymarine a98)Replaced old Raytheon depth gauge/transducer with DownVision CP100 w/ CHIRPRemoved Standard VHF and installed new VHF radio (Ray49)Installed new Raymarine HD Digital Color RadomeInstalled new LED transom (navigation) lightInstalled new flush-mount fuel tank vents (one on each tank)Installed new port engine (Southwick's Marina)Installed new heads on stb engine (Southwick's Marina)Replaced port trim pump bracketSpring tune up/commissioning (Southwick's Marina)May '15Replaced TankSaver valveReplaced damaged track for companionway hatchInstalled new shower curtainRepaired forward deck hatch handle (one had come off; reattached)Replaced stbd and port vent coversInstalled flat screen television in cabinInstalled new HD over-the-air TV/Radio antenna (Shakespeare 3020)Replaced old Cruisers Yachts logos with new stainless versionsRepaired wiring for all round light on radar archReplaced vent hoses in engine roomICM on starboard engine failed - Swapped ICM from port engine to starboard.June '15Installed replacement ICM on port engineJuly '15Oil change performed on port engineReplaced bow navigation light bulbAugust '15Replaced tachometers, temp gauges, volt gauges, sync gauge, speedometer (GPS model installed), and oil pressure gauges with new Faria Chesapeake series gauges.
