This listing is for my 26 2001 Crownline 262 CR cabin
cruiser. This is an excellent size boat and
has many features found on larger boats.
The cockpit has a great layout and the dual occupant helm seat flips up
to make a leaning post or rotates sideways to create a social space. The cabin features good headroom and has
central air conditioning and heat that can be used with shore power. There is a wall mounted 26 LCD TV. Features include Depth Finder, Handheld VHF
Radio, CD Stereo /aux input /dock for Sirius radios, AGM Batteries, Trim Tabs,
and Garmin GPS Navigation. This boat is
powered by a MerCruiser 6.2L MPI (fuel injected) engine with Bravo 3 Drive with
only 300 hours (engine head was done 50 hours ago by a factory authorized Mercruiser
Technician). This engine was the larger
upgrade for 2001 and because its fuel injected, it always starts right up.

Im looking to sell because I want to free up time to travel. This winter/spring I will be having the gimbal transom assembly replaced (work I discovered needed to be done at the end of last season). Then I will have the boat fully professionally commissioned, detailed, and launched for the season. Buyer can see the boat at any of these stages so they will be comfortable with their purchase the way I was when I purchased it in the spring of 2010. Because of the significant expense I am contributing towards the boat, I am not negotiable on price. I am asking $23,000 firm. If you are looking to negotiate, I am open to selling the boat without providing some of the services listed above and deducting it from the price. If you compare this to the value of the boat in NADA guide, I believe you will see this is more than fair. No agents / dealers please. I am only look to sell this directly to another individual that can appreciate it the way that I have. Boat is located in Brick, NJ.
Issues:
Microwave only powers up occasionally. Sony Stereo occasionally turns off by itself. The volume knob can be finicky but the helm controls work fine. Interior headliner: Towards the bow the fabric was starting to sag so I used fabric buttons to secure it, these are visible. Near the galley door, foam behind the headliner fabric began to sag. I tried to use some glue to secure it and created a few glue stains. Carpets both inside and cockpit are becoming matted down but still look fine. The cockpit carpets have silicone applied to the back as the rubber degraded. Two rear snaps came off one cockpit carpet but dont cause an issue. The cockpit vinyl upholstery shows some signs of wear at the very top of the helm seat and behind the back seat by the cup holders. Ive applied some clear vinyl repair to some small cracks. There is a bent cleat on the port side near the stern from docking. The swim platform has a few cosmetic cracks. The fiberglass GPS antenna coating is degraded. Windshield wiper can stick and doesnt always work. Hot water heater has been disconnected from fresh water system but heated prior to this.
