Take the whole gang boating without breaking the bank. Current owner traded in a fishing boat and bought from a boat dealer in 2009. He winterizes each fall, and services boat as needed. (See samples invoices of just a few years)

Gel Coat-

* Gel Coat is very smooth and shiny, and cleans up very nice (see pictures of exterior from an angle for best view).

* We do not have knowledge of any repairs, and it may all be original.

* You will notice the Ohio numbers are starting to deteriorate. The stripping and color scheme on the sides, and top are in nice condition.

*You will notice a few spots where the stripe is deteriorating and starting to come off. (see pics)

* There is one nick and one scrap in the gel coat on the left side. (see pics)

Hull-

* The hull is very nice and straight, and the same is true of the sides and underside.

* I do not see any areas that show obvious repair, or signs of damage.

Bright Work-

* The metal work surrounding the glass has an anodized look to it that all seems uniform. It might show a little bit of wear, but very minimal.

* The front light, and the pop up cleats shows very little wear.

* The stainless in the rear does show a little bit of pitting and wear.

Glass-

* The glass is nice and clear.

* We did not see any cracks, chips, or scratches.

* All glass has Taylor Made markings and may all be original.

Snap on cockpit cover -

* It appears to be in good condition but could use a little extra cleaning, and some stitching repair on the right side.

* Cover snaps well on front and back. (it is two different pieces)

Top-

* Shows very little wear and has only been used twice with current owner.

* Cover zips open in the front and snaps all the way around.

* Has a zipper in the back where an extension could be made to shade the back area as well.

Interior-

* I did not notice any where on the interior that indicates it has been replaced or repaired. With the exception of the GARMIN unit that has been added, and at one time may have had another radio mounted down below the drivers seat. It certainly all looks original.

* When the boat was purchased by the current owner there was a 2nd battery installed in the boat for back up which was removed.

* The interior cleans up very well with the exceptions of a few spots on the seats and carpets.

* All the stitching is in good shape.

Engine/ Out-drive-

* Boat has same engine and out-drive that boat was purchased with by the current owner.

* Nothing has been replaced, and boat has received normal maintenance.

Trailer/ Tires and Wheels-

* Trailer is a Load Rite with a roll on trailer design.

* Trailer has a 3500 capacity and 500 tongue weight. (hard to see on trailer tag see pics)

* Tires are Load Star K550

* Tire size- 205 /75 14

* Tires are tubeless and for trailer use only

* Tires and Wheels do not show any obvious damage besides some light cracking that has just started on the left, and the right tire has more pronounced cracking. I would not recommend using trailer until tires are both replaced.

Test Drive-

Chad had driven boat several times in 2015, as well as in past years. It seems to steer correctly, always starts quickly, properly, and runs fine. Upon acceleration the engine and the out-drive seem to work just as designed, and bring the boat up fairly quickly on plane. (with 3-4 people without issue) To the best of owners knowledge he knows of no problems with the drive train, steering, and boats operation. GPS operation has never been tried, assuming that it would work.

Mechanical-

Tachometer and speedometer do not always work, but to the best of our knowledge the other gauges have worked and do work. We have not played the radio so we are not sure whether it works or not. In the previous year (2014) there had been concern about seeing a little oil in the water, and that it may have been from the hydraulic unit. Yet in the year of 2015 it seemed to preform fine without any problems.

The vehicle will remain for sale until a buyer has placed a deposit on it. This deposit is nonrefundable with the exception of the vehicle being severely misrepresented by Auto Connection or the seller, or stipulated in the Bill of Sale.

It is possible that this vehicle will be sold at a higher price than the highest bid (before or after the auction ends), if the reserve is not met. After the sale (if reserve is met or not), Auto Connection must receive at least a 10% deposit (wire transfer or official bank or cashiers check) within 3 days of the end of the auction (or the Bill of Sale is signed). The high bidder/buyer has 10 days from this time to send the balance in full or final payment and inspect the vehicle (or have a 3rd party professional inspection).

For the most part, the vehicle for sale is not perfect. It is unreasonable to assume that every single flaw in the paint, body, engine, etc. or any minor mechanical items (such as a light not working) be considered a reason to refuse the vehicle. Major rust/rot, undisclosed problems with the frame, etc. might constitute a legitimate reason for the buyer to refuse to follow through with the sale. In that situation, the seller and buyer will try to reach an agreeable solution.

The buyer acknowledges that he has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle to verify it is as listed and represented. He accepts the vehicle with all advertised equipment, options and accessories in "AS IS" condition with any faults or defects. The buyer wil bear all future costs of repairs or correcting any defects that exist or may occur in the future. The seller will have no responsibility or liability for any consequential damages or injury caused by any failure or malfunction of the vehicle or any components. This car is being offered for sale by owner. The buyer and seller acknowledge that if the transaction is consummated and a dispute occurs relating to the sale, the laws of Ohio (the state that the car is located/sold) govern the rights and duties under the agreement.
