Chris Craft Sportsman

1957 Chris Craft Sportsman. This 17 foot runabout's restoration was just completed in 2011. The hull is made out of solid mahogany planking which has the chrome Chris Craft logo near the center. The details continue on the bow with a chrome horn/light assembly and a Chris Craft flag at the front. The interior is highlighted by the white steering wheel and chrome nautical gauges and under the dash hides a brass megaphone. The seats have been recovered in green marine vinyl which contrasts the white floor nicely. This boat is powered by a 1960 Chevrolet 283 cubic inch V8 which is rated at 185 horsepower. This boat also comes with a two axle trailer. Other options include AM/FM radio, cassette, brass fire extinguisher, manual convertible top, cruise control and vinyl interior.
