Restored hull, engine, and re-plated all chrome in 2009 for about $29,000. This is a very original 1941 Chris Craft Deluxe Runabout, hull #170 of 371 made. The boat length is 16'6". It is one of the last recreational boats produced before Chris Craft production was dedicated to building boats for the Navy during WWII. These old classics are rare in this condition. Chris Craft Type B inboard engine, 45 Hp (at 2700 rpm), raw water cooled, inline 4-cylinder inboard engine. 6 volt battery, generator, and starter. Original issue kapok cushions with sewn-in Chris Craft labels the interior of the boat is in very good original condition. Goughgan Flex-Glass bottom over mahogany. Everything works, and the boat is often shown in events sponsored by the the Wooden Boat Association.
