Chris Craft Constellation

It's a 50 year old boat in pretty good condition. The hull does weep some, which is normal for a wooden hull. There are a couple of spots where the deck leaks, and it is due to have the deck seams sanded and re-sealed. The Detroit Diesel engines run fantastic with under 300 hours since last rebuild. 3 separate heat and A/C units provide plenty of heat and cooling. 10 years ago it was completely rebuilt to modern electrical and plumbing standards. 12.5KW Onan generator was rebuilt by the previous owner, it runs but is not currently wired into the onboard systems. I had the boat hauled last summer for bottom cleaning, new bottom paint, and re-caulked the seams. I also had all of the forward facing windows removed over the winter and replaced with new glass and frames.

Master stateroom aft with a queen bed, mid-stateroom in the middle with two twin beds, and forward stateroom in the bow with another two berths. 3 bathrooms, forward head has a shower, middle head is toilet and sink, and master bathroom has walking shower. Kitchen/galley has oven/range, but no refrigerator/freezer. Previous owner took it out, and I have not gotten around to replacing it.

Here's a great opportunity to own a classic that doesn't need much to make it a show piece. Priced well below today's market value.

I hate to sell, but due to life style change, I'm living too far away to use this boat regularly like it deserves. It's time for this beauty to move on to a new owner.
