This 35 Chris Craft has been repossessed and offered for sale due to storage and mechanic liens. This boat has been a local, freshwater boat since new. She has had two owners in that time. She features FIBERGLASS STRINGERS and a Solid Fiberglass hull, so this boat will last a very long time.

This boat is being sold with a clear title, with no liens or encumbrances.

This boat has tons of potential with little work Basically a blank canvas to decorate as you would like without the hassle of removing a bunch of old junk, carpet, furniture, etc

The boat did take on water at the dock due to leaking shaft seals, however, it did not enter the engines or transmissions. She was hauled the same day. The shaft packing on both sides have been replaced.

The boat was then given complete tune-ups, carb rebuilds and oil changes to insure runability. The engines are in top running condition and can be driven anywhere today!

The hull and topsides are in very good condition, with no signs of damage, nor are there any major scratches. She shines like a new boat! A couple of the stanchion bases are broken, but these are available to purchase online.

The canvas is strong, with many years of service left. Needs one corner zipper re-sewn. Eisenglass is good, just needs a little polishing.

The cabin is in need of remodeling. The factory headliner is in excellent condition. She needs new carpet and upholstery. She features upper/lower bunks in the V-Berth, Large Salon and Galley, Aft Cabin with two twin beds. The Head features a manual marine head and separate shower stall.

The galley features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave oven, two burner alcohol/electric cooktop, and built-in coffee maker.

Electronics are limited to two VHF radios, Hailer, Compass, Trim Tabs, Depth Finder, and Synchronizer.

This is a LOT of boat for not a lot of money.

We do not ship boats, nor do we quote shipping prices. If you need to have the boat removed from marina other than by water, please contact a marine hauling company, or use U-Ship.com to obtain shipping quotes. We can provide a list go shippers that have previously moved boats from this marina.

HAUL OUT, STORAGE, AND MARINA FEES:

This boat is being sold with no liens or fees due.

Storage has been paid through December 31st, 2016. After this day, there is a $10.00 per day storage fee.

The marina will charge a $10.00 per foot ($350.00) loading fee to haul boat and place on your shippers trailer.

RULES AND TERMS OF AUCTION:

Bidders with 0 (zero) feedback are not eligible to bid.

A 10% or minimum $1000.00 deposit MUST be made within 48 hours of close of auction. Deposit can be made through PayPal, or Certified Funds sent via overnight shipper such as FedEx, UPS or similar. If deposit is not received within 48 hours, auction contract will be deemed null and void, and vessel will be offered to nexthighest bidder in line.

Final Payment is due within 14 days of end of auction. Final payment may be made via Cash, Check, or wire transfer. Please note: vessel will not be released until ALL funds have cleared.

If the boat needs to be moved there will be a $6.00 per running foot charge to move vessel. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all transactions that take place in Michigan. In the event there is litigation filed by either party, the sole jurisdiction/venue shall be governed by Michigan law, and MUST take place in the State Of Michigan.
