Large salon with galley forward to port. The boat will sleep4-8 with comfort. Sleeps 2 in private forward stateroom with side double, 2 in pull out couch, 2 on the bridge and 2 at convertible settee. Large private head to starboard with separate stall shower, stainless sink, and lots of storage.

Brand new, never used, convection microwave. Large full size refridgerator with freezer. Newly refinished stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure system. New faucet. New countertop.

Rebuilt all of the window frames with new tracking

Put on new bottom paint

Replaced the kitchen countertop

Pulled out the old stove and replaced it with a convection microwave

Put in a new kitchen faucet

Tiled the bathroom floor

Sanded and re-stained the kitchen floor

Added RV Gutters above the windows

Sanded and treat all of the teak wood frames

Please keep in mind that this is a boat from 1977. I tried to list everything I know but do not expect it to be perfect. It seems to run well and I currently use it for fishing. It does blow steam out the exhaust ports. It seems to be both engines, not sure if it is just the cold Lake Michigan water or a exhaust manifold leak. The oil has no foaming and looks as it should.
