Boat in great condition, does have the usual blemishes for its age. Has all the comforts of a camper, sleeps 4. Fullbath, microwave, stove, tv, AC/Heat, water heater, shore power and generator. Has windless anchor. The only known issues are the wiper does not work and a couple of the guages
