Seacrest Executive

This is my 72 Seacrest Houseboat, this boat was allreconditionedabout 80 hours ago in 2005. We have used it since every summer. It in storage now in Steamburg NY and has been on Onoville marine every summer. There is a dock reserved for it for this summer. It is shrinkwrapped right near the marina. Boat is all equipped with a zantrex 30A inverter and battery bank, Judsonsynchronizationsystem, dual air conditioning, heat, about 200 gallons of fresh water, wash down pump, galley, head, shower, state room with sleeper sofa, queen mattress in the wheelhouse, remote spot light, cb, ship to shore radio, positive air circulation system that runs 24/7, and I am sure I forgot some things. I forgot it has a Kohler 4500 watt generator, that's it between the motors. The trailer is very road worthy and ready to roll. I am a retired mechanic and verymeticulous, everything has to be perfect. oh yes, it has a kapac system to measureelectrolysis. This boat has 2 P&R bilge pumps. One is used for the shower as the shower is lower than the water level. The props are 19 inch and there are 2 brand new props in boxes that have never been on the boat and also 2 prop shafts, those 4 things are not included but could be bought after the sale.
