Devlin

The Elan is a stitch and glue construction fiberglass covered mini tug designed by Sam Devlin in Olympia, Washington. This boat is professionally built and requires no more maintenance then a completely fiberglass hull. The Elan has a brand new Evenrude outboard motor (purchased just before owner came down with terminal cancer) which is almost the cost of the boat. The owners loved the boat and upgraded to keep, but husband passed away. It comes on a a trailer which owner purchased separately. Pictures taken at Cayou Quay on Orcas in summer of 1918.
