DEFECTS: Zipper Repair will be needed on the enclosure/camper top; Some of the chrome is peeling off of the windshield; There are a couple minor tears in the upholstery;AFFECTS: The hull is spotless and is scratch free; The topside is also scratch free and very very clean; The V-Berth is clean and in need or little to no repair at all; The engines and engine compartment are spotless and very well maintained; gages and the dash panel are in good condition as well. This boat has been owned and maintained by the same person for the last 10 years. Maintained by a Mercruiser Certified shop and no shortcuts are taken. Description: 

Excellent Boat! Deep-V Hull and Very Stable. Comfortably seats 9 people top side and sleeps 2 in the small V-Berth cabin. This boat is very clean and is in very goodworking condition. There are a few things you will want to do over the next couple years (chrome on windshield, sewing work on the canopy zippers, etc), but nothing mechanical or safely related. We have always stored the boat indoors in the winter and have used a "dry stack" boating for the past several years to keep the boat out of theelements during the summer. It is time for someone else to enjoy a great familyboat that has a lot of hours left to give!
