Wooden Boat has been a live-aboard in covered slip for 8 years. Shaft Seal failure + bilge pump failure caused partial emersion. Water covered engines. Further emersion stopped with pumps. In Dry-dock now with couple of dry-rot places at water line. Deck and hull above waterline in good shape except at one spot at bow where anchor chain enters hull; small dry rot there.
